Reported by beth_knuth@ipsd.org on 8/28/19

Computing is where the jobs are at, but did you know that only 1 in 5 computer science graduates are women? The award-winning “Girls Who Code” is starting it’s very own chapter at Neuqua Valley and is committed to seeing more women in tech. Girls Who Code Club is open to all NVHS females with an interest in computer science and technology. No coding experience is required!

Girls Who Code will meet the first Tuesday of every month at the main campus in Lab D208 from 2:30 - 3:30 pm starting Tuesday September 10th . Please see the attached schedule for more information.

More information can be found at neuquacodes.weebly.com or girlswhocode.com. You can also contact Ms. Knuth (beth_knuth@ipsd.org) in the business education department for more information. Let's get coding!
