2020-2021 Course Verification

It is that time of year for students to review their course requests for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. Please make sure to review them carefully. If all course requests are correct, no further action is required. As a reminder, level placements in core classes were completed on January 31st and will not be part of the change request process for NV. If there has been an extenuating circumstance that impacted your student’s programming this spring, contact the HS Department Chair for discussion. Any questions, contact your assigned Class House.

How to view course requests:
Course requests can be viewed through Home Access Center (HAC) by clicking on “Classes” then the “Schedule” tab. You will be able to view courses for the 20-21 school year- it is not your student’s daily schedule. The finalized schedule will be viewable in mid-August thru our new student information system.

How to request an elective course change:
Beginning May 18 thru May 22nd only, students have the opportunity to submit a request to change their elective courses for the 20-21 school year. To submit your request, click here. Requests via email will not be accepted. Just a reminder that if you are dropping a full-year course, then your replacement should fill two semesters. Course level change requests will not be accepted. Deadline to complete and submit this form is May 22, 2020. Please know that requests cannot be guaranteed as they will depend on course and seat availability.
